Our method is a combination of martial arts, aerobics, plyometrics and calisthenics fused with resistance training and flexibility development. We tailor the personal training workouts to each individual's goals while working within a safe range of progression so training clients can acquire complete fitness. At M Gym, we guide our clients to sustain this lifestyle, making fitness a healthy part of their lives.
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes from yoga and pilates to cardio, zumba and boot camp, as well as personal training sessions if you need more individual attention. Or work out on your own in our state of the art NYC gym – we have something for everyone!
