We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes: yoga, pilates, cardio sculpt, boot camp, zumba, ballet, etc, as well as fitness classes for older adults. You can now reserve and pay for classes on-line by clicking on the Class Schedule below, as well as read descriptions of the classes. Come join some of the best fitness classes in NYC and let us help you stay in shape! (Please note, there is a 6-hour cancellation policy for all reserved classes). CLASS SCHEDULE
Community Classes - Only $15 per class! On some Fridays, we offer a Community Class series at only $15 per class to give the community a chance to try different classes at a reduced rate.
